  Hmm.. have just read the review on line. Actually, I (Susan Sakowski) took my her brother, John Sakowski there, (Special Needs), and they were very good with him. I was concerned because we needed to switch Dentist once he became 65 and off Ontario Disability and no more coverage,. Could not afford our original dentist. I felt the front staff were very good with John and myself, explaining everything, especially the costs and exactly how much each procedure would cost, before proceeding. I have not met the dentist, but John really likes him, feels comfortable with him and trusts him, and that is a big plus. The front staff doing John's bookings, always make sure that he has the same hygienist, so it is easier on him. All in all, I think they are doing a great job, and we will keep going. Have already had 2 cleanings, and 3 fillings. As I have always felt, if I have a problem with an establishment, I always give them the benefit of the doubt, as no one is perfect, and give them a second chance. Just a thought.
